Computer Rescue staff are very helpful and cheerful at all times. I have never had any problems and I feel I am in very safe hands. Computer Rescue is very approachable, professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with, and very quick to respond to calls for help.
We feel reassured that Computer Rescue offer a very prompt and professional service that addresses our needs immediately should an issue arise. This alone is worth the extra investment as previous providers left us with considerable down time before a problem was resolved. We find it reassuring that Computer Rescue are monitoring our systems and network as this is not something offered by previous providers.
