As a care home provider, COVID and lockdown hit us very hard and overnight we had to change the way we worked and how we looked after our residents and staff in a situation we’d never found ourselves in before. We have worked with Computer Rescue for many years now and they know our business and infrastructure inside out. For staff that suddenly needed to work from home, they helped to set everything up and quickly and purchase and new kit needed. In our care homes we had to find new ways for residents to communicate with their relative (video calls etc) so they worked to ensure our wifi  and broadband connections were able to cope with the excessive use. Even without being able to conduct site visits for quite some time, Computer Rescue supported our staff in setting up new equipment and were always on hand to work remotely. As a company we appreciate all the Computer Rescue team and their support and guidance and it’s reassuring to know they will work alongside as we grow and adapt in the future.

How do you deal with multiple suppliers, like our internet and printer vendors for example?

When Computer Rescue take over your IT, we become the first contact for anything on that network. For example, let’s say that you are with BT and your internet goes down.  You simply put a call into us and we will contact BT for you.  Leaving you to continue with your day. We feel reassured that Computer Rescue offer a very prompt and professional service that addresses our needs immediately should an issue arise. This alone is worth the extra investment as previous providers left us with considerable down time before a problem was resolved. We find it reassuring that Computer Rescue are monitoring our systems and network as this is not something offered by previous providers.

The engineers at Computer Rescue are always so polite, very knowledgeable, professional and hard working in resolving any problems we have in a timely manner. Other members of staff are also always helpful and very polite, and if we have any problems, we can always speak directly to an engineer. We have moved office premises twice and Computer Rescue handled both of these moves without any hiccups and no office down time.

Computer Rescue’s response times for resolving our faults are very reasonable and resolved efficiently where possible. The engineers are very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and always on hand to resolve matters efficiently. Other members of staff are also excellent and I would give them 10/10! Our overall impression of Computer Rescue is that they are the best support company I have ever had dealings with and I would recommend them to anyone. I can fully trust them to look after our IT needs with their first class service.
